Tarık has graduated as an Electrical Engineer. However, he is interested not only in electricity but other forms of energy too. This is why he started to learn the Chinese Energy Exercise, Qigong (also known as Chi Kung) and Tai Chi from different masters.
After many years of practise he started to teach Zhan Zhuang (Standing Like a Tree) Qigong system in Cyprus and Turkey. He is a private student of Master Lam Kam Chuen, the master who brought this art to the West.
