An introductory workshop on the tambourine

Tao Center, Larnaca

Learn an ancient technique for directly synchronizing the mind/body.

Come into rhythm with us as we align our minds and bodies into the power of the present moment.

No previous experience required, complete beginners are most welcome.

Drums are provided.

Sunday, 10:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 17:00.

Plus one more hour, 17:00 - 18:00, introduction to the tar.

Closing date for registration, January 8. Cost: €60.

€10 discount if you register by Dec 31.
