How to book a Table or a Lecture

• Fill in the Expo Booking Form. The form consists of 3 parts:

  1. General information - must be filled in by everyone.
  2. Booking a Table - must be filled in by people who wish to have a Table. Please, do not fill in this part if you are ONLY giving a free Lecture / Presentation.
  3. Booking a Lecture - must be filled in by people who would like to give a free 45 minute lecture/demonstration/class. Please, do not fill in this part if you ONLY need a Table.

  You will receive confirmation of receipt of your email. If you do not hear within 7 days, please email again as sometimes emails get lost!

• Send payment (if you booking a table) of 150 Turkish Lira (including tax) per table for 2 days (or 75 Turkish Lira for 1 day) - cash or cheque. See the payment info here. Please state clearly who the payment is from.
• Your table/s will then be allocated and free lecture will be confirmed. Tables are allocated in the appropriate area on receipt of payment.

Note: We reserve the right to deny participation if we deem it to be in the best interest of the exhibition as a whole.
