Payment Information
The cost of a table is 100 Turkish Lira per day (200 Turkish Lira for 2 days).
Payment includes one table (space appx.2meters x 1metre), 2 chairs, one listing in the programme and in the “Exhibitors Listing” on the Website.
Your booking will be confirmed on payment. When booking, cheques may be post-dated up to March 1st to hold your place.
Cancellations: There is a 50 Turkish Lira fee for cancellations made before March 1st. After that date there will be no refund for cancelled tables. If you find someone appropriate to take your table it can be transferred to them without penalty.
