IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2010 HEART & SOUL EXPO PARTICIPANTS

Dear Friends,

Please take time to read this message carefully as there is important information that may concern you.

The time allocated for setting up tables is from 8am on Saturday morning (May 8th). No furniture moving after 10am.

There is free parking space in the grounds of Acapulco Hotel.

Please make sure and prepare yourselves and bring:

  • Sufficient literature handouts/brochures/cards.
  • Your diaries in readiness for making appointments.
  • For the table: a decorative sheet (white sheet provided) and decoration as appropriate eg flowers, books, ornaments etc.
  • Plenty of water to drink! Expos are thirsty work!
  • A notice showing your costs if you are offering services: mini massage, reflexology treatments, clairvoyant readings etc- please ensure the cost is clearly visible on your table.
  • Electric extension cable: please supply your own electric extension cables if you require electricity at your table.

Lecturers and Presenters:
There is an exciting schedule of lectures and presentations. Please help this to go smoothly by helping each other with the changeover. Respect the speaker who will follow and FINISH ON TIME. Take questions away from the lecture room where there is space and chairs.
For those lecturers without a table you are welcome to leave leaflets about your work at the notice board near the ticket tables at the entrance. Translation will be available.

Exhibitors:
Please note that the paying visitors expect Exhibitors to be present during Expo opening hours, so please be available at your table until 8pm on Saturday, as later visitors attend after work. On Sunday do not pack up your table before the final hour of the Expo that is after 5pm to close at 6pm.

The Heart & Soul Expo is the perfect opportunity to make a mailing list of possible clients. It has been found that special offers or redeemable vouchers also attract people to your place of work and is a valuable tool to expand your business. The visitors are looking forward to meeting you!

Get to know the other exhibitors – networking creates lasting friendships and provides an awareness of your work/products. Bring a friend to help you at your table – this will be valuable for times you want to look around the other tables.
If you need translation at your table please ask one of the organizers for help or if possible have a friend at your table who can help you.

Please check that your special requirements have been listed on your booking applications. Let us know as soon as possible before the event and we will do all that we can to help.

Notes on Safety :

CANDLES : These should be kept in protective holders and as far away as possible from passers by to avoid any accidents.
INCENSE : Please do not light them as many people are sensitive to them. Thank you for your understanding.
SMOKING: This is a non smoking event. This means there is no smoking anywhere in the venue. If you wish to smoke then you must go outside. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are very excited to be able to offer this opportunity for people to benefit from holistic therapies, natural products and all aspects of self development.
